Agreement
These Terms govern your access to the AirtableBar website, downloads, license services, and macOS app. By downloading, buying, activating, or using AirtableBar, you agree to these Terms. If you use AirtableBar for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
AirtableBar is operated by Maksym Grigorash, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as AirtableBar. References in these Terms to "we," "us," or "our" mean that operator. Contact: hello@airtablebar.com.
Independent Product
AirtableBar is an independent third-party Mac utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Airtable. Airtable and all related names, marks, and services are trademarks of their respective owners.
What AirtableBar Does
AirtableBar monitors Airtable workspace usage from your Mac menu bar. It can show quota usage, local history charts, alerts, and controls that help you react to usage changes. It is an awareness tool, not a guarantee that you will avoid Airtable limits, charges, service interruptions, or data loss.
Plans And License
AirtableBar includes a free plan for 1 monitored workspace for one Airtable identity. Paid plans unlock more monitored workspaces for that same Airtable identity: Pro covers 3 workspaces, and Unlimited does not impose a workspace count limit for that Airtable identity. These tiers are not multi-account or team licenses for multiple Airtable logins. Features, limits, and pricing are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
A paid license is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AirtableBar for the purchased tier. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Patch and minor updates for the current major version are included. Future major versions may be offered as paid upgrades unless the purchase page states otherwise.
Activation And Account Binding
Paid licenses bind to a single Airtable user identity on first activation. The same Airtable identity may use the license on multiple Macs and may monitor workspaces that identity is a member of, up to the purchased tier's workspace limit. If you need to switch the license to a different Airtable identity, use the license rebind form.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, or distribute a license key except as expressly allowed by AirtableBar.
Payments, Taxes, And Refunds
Paid checkout is handled through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe/Link may act as the merchant of record for your purchase and may collect billing details, taxes, fraud-prevention information, and payment information under its own terms and policies. AirtableBar does not store full card numbers.
AirtableBar offers a voluntary 7-day no-questions-asked refund window from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email refund@airtablebar.com or hello@airtablebar.com from the purchase email if possible, or use the transaction support options provided by Stripe/Link. After a refund, chargeback, or payment dispute, the paid license may stop validating and AirtableBar may revert to free-plan behavior.
AirtableBar is digital content delivered immediately. Stripe/Link may apply consumer-protection, tax, refund, and cancellation requirements for the transaction where required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- using AirtableBar only with Airtable accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access;
- complying with Airtable's own terms, policies, workspace permissions, and account security requirements;
- keeping your Mac, Airtable account, browser cookies, email account, and license key secure;
- checking critical Airtable usage and billing information directly in Airtable when accuracy matters.
Product Limitations
AirtableBar depends on your Mac, your network connection, your Airtable session, Airtable's website behavior, and Airtable usage data. Usage can change between polling intervals. Alerts and spike detection may be delayed, missed, duplicated, or based on data that later changes.
Airtable may change its website, session behavior, limits, usage fields, or internal endpoints. AirtableBar may need updates and may temporarily or permanently lose some functionality if those changes cannot be supported.
Restrictions
You may not:
- reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute AirtableBar except where law expressly allows it;
- try to bypass workspace limits, license validation, refund status, or activation rules;
- use AirtableBar to access Airtable data without authorization;
- interfere with AirtableBar services, license APIs, downloads, or other users;
- use AirtableBar in a way that violates applicable law or third-party terms.
Updates And Support
AirtableBar may provide updates for fixes, compatibility, security, or product changes. Support is provided by email at hello@airtablebar.com. Support does not include Airtable account administration, Airtable billing support, legal advice, or guarantees about Airtable's services.
Third-Party Services
AirtableBar works alongside services operated by others, including Airtable, Stripe, Resend, and Cloudflare. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. AirtableBar is not responsible for third-party services, outages, changes, data handling, or fees.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what AirtableBar stores locally, what it sends for license validation and update checks, and how payments and support requests are handled.
Ownership And Feedback
AirtableBar, including the app, website, code, design, copy, and branding, is owned by AirtableBar's operator or its licensors. If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow AirtableBar to use them without restriction or compensation.
Disclaimer
AirtableBar is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, AirtableBar disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AirtableBar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, Airtable overages, Airtable account issues, or third-party service failures.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AirtableBar's total liability for any claim related to the product is limited to the amount you paid for AirtableBar in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Termination
You may stop using AirtableBar at any time. AirtableBar may suspend or revoke access to paid-license features if a license is refunded, disputed, shared, abused, or used in violation of these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits, and payment records.
Changes
AirtableBar may update these Terms as the product changes. The current version will be posted on this page with a new Last updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law And Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or AirtableBar will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
