AirtableBar 1.0.10
Added
- Usage prediction for quota-bearing metrics. AirtableBar now compares current usage with time left in the cycle, so AI credits, Public API calls, and automation runs can show whether they are in reserve, on pace, likely to run out before reset, or already depleted with the next reset date.
- Pace deficit notifications. AirtableBar can warn per metric when a workspace is burning through usage faster than the cycle allows, then notify you again when that metric returns to reserve.
- Billing reminders. AirtableBar can now send one macOS reminder per workspace on or before the next Airtable billing date, with same-day, 1 day, 2 days, 5 days, or 1 week lead times.
- A tabbed merged-menu layout for people monitoring multiple workspaces from one menu bar icon. You can switch between the new tabbed view and the previous list-style merged menu in General settings.
- Optional metric glyphs in the menu bar and metric pickers, making AI credits, Public API calls, automation runs, records, and attachments easier to tell apart at a glance.
Improved
- Workspace menus now keep the most important timing context closer to the usage bars: last update, reset date, next billing date, and run-out estimate are shown where they help explain the current number.
- Utilization charts can include the same prediction language as the menu, so history and current pace are easier to read together.
- General and workspace settings now make primary and secondary menu bar metrics easier to choose, including a clearer "Off" state for the second metric and visual previews for merged-menu layouts.
- Usage notifications can open the relevant workspace in Settings and highlight the metric that needs attention.
- Notification, Settings, and What's New screens have cleaner interface details for scanning controls, reading prediction copy, and closing release notes.
- The support email flow now uses clearer privacy wording and packages fresher diagnostics when you choose to send a report.
- Right-clicking a menu bar item now jumps straight to that workspace's settings, or to the current workspace when using one merged rotating icon.
- The Settings window remembers its position and applies the selected appearance more consistently across AirtableBar windows.
Fixed
- Reset dates now follow Airtable's schedules more closely: Public API calls and automation runs reset on the first day of the calendar month, while AI credits follow the workspace's plan and billing cycle.
- Quitting AirtableBar from the menu or Settings now closes menu bar items, timers, popovers, and open windows cleanly.
